Families and individuals may enroll to receive monthly USDA supplemental food if they meet 125% of Federal Poverty Guidelines. To receive monthly supplemental food, all new food clients must register with us. You will need to bring the following:
Texas County Food Pantry is a provider for the USDA Commodities Supplemental Food Program (Senior Box). This program works to improve the nutrition and health of low-income individuals 60 years or older by supplementing their diets monthly, but is limited by the number of boxes available.
We have two satellite locations across the county that distribute Senior Boxes monthly at dedicated sites in Summersville, and Licking. For more information, call 417-967-4484 and ask for the Food Manager.
